Villa D1 is conceived as a single-storey, linear residence with a clear separation between the day and night zones. The living area forms the heart of the house, opening toward a shared courtyard with a pool and featuring a double-height space that connects directly to the outdoors.
The private zone includes three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom while the other two share a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own terrace, while the main bedroom is slightly set back to create greater privacy within the courtyard.
